   • Sharing, transferring, or providing access to third-party developers or IT professionals without written permission from Ranjane IT Services is strictly prohibited.
   • Upon full payment, rights may be transferred only as explicitly agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability:
   • Ranjane IT Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from technical issues, third-party services, or client-provided information.
6. Third-Party Platforms and Tools:
   • Services involving hosting, domains, APIs, software tools, or digital platforms are subject to third-party terms and limitations.
   • We do not control or guarantee the uninterrupted availability of such services.
7. Service Suspension or Termination:
   • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of policy violations or non-payment.
   • Payments already made are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
